Your Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Director Demand Generation who will build and manage our Demand Generation team and create our future growth. EMnify provides a unique environment where you can take ownership and generate demand generation programs to create prospects and existing customers in cooperation with Sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and lead demand generation by developing and executing a demand generation strategy based on the current Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Plan and deploy multichannel campaigns that are aligned with overall strategy and messaging.
  • Develop marketing campaigns that drive thematic lead generation across all existing channels.
  • Managing our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities in cooperation with our online marketing team.
  • Define and report on demand generation KPIs throughout the lead lifecycle.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B demand generation, online marketing, or product marketing experience.
  • Skilled in managing and improving online lead generation channels like SEM, SEO, Webinars, and others.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights, and translate it into actionable changes.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with CRM lead management tools (such as HubSpot)
  • Deep expertise with leading digital social marketing platforms (Google or LinkedIn) and marketing technology platforms (such as Google Ads)
  • Cross-functional communication skills.
  • Speak and write in English fluently at a professional level, plus a second language of either German, French, Spanish, or Italian
  • Bachelor’s degree within relevant business or marketing field
