Your Position

We are looking for an experienced PARTNER MANAGER in our Berlin office.

As Partner Manager (m/f), you will build and grow our IoT Business and will lead all aspects of the relationship with our Channel Partners who are utilizing our Infrastructure as a Service.

You will be the main commercial point of contact for telecom operators and global CSPs helping them to successfully deal with business opportunities and supporting their sales activities.

The position provides a unique chance for a hands-on person with experience in dealing with communication service providers, to drive our existing business to new levels. The ideal candidate has the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the channel partner business, closely aligned with the EMnify Management Team
  • Revenue growth through partner engagement and channel sales activities.
  • Review partners’ product usage and explore product-related upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct Growth Potential Analyses among all channels
  • Implement a Business Planning Process for channel sales (Forecasting, QBRs, etc.)
  • Assist partners with larger business opportunities and deals, including involvement in presentations and proposals
  • Liaise with other departments to communicate and represent the views, commercial and technical needs of our channel partners

Your Profile

  • Excellent understanding of Telecom and/or Cloud technologies, business models and business practices
  • Proven track record of cultivating and growing successful long-term partnerships
  • Ability to map partners’ organization, identify and engage influencers and relevant stakeholders
  • Experience working with partners through account management, product management, and/or business development engagements
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in German and English, any additional language a big plus
  • Comfortable in communicating with C-level executives
  • Enthusiasm and being a good team player are essential qualities
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
