Your Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Customer Success who will shape and manage our Customer Success team and help us grow our IoT business. EMnify’s mission is to connect the world’s devices, by revolutionizing cellular Internet of Things (IoT). As we are rapidly scaling our business, you would help us drive our product to the next level by ensuring the satisfaction of our international customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and grow the CSM organization
  • Build up a business development function to accelerate customer growth
  • Meet KPIs on onboarding, customer success, NPS, as well as MRR growth targets
  • Manage the multilingual CSM Team by setting and monitoring individual and team KPIs and targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and guide new world-class talent to complement the CSM team
  • Regularly review workflow and process and improve these on an ongoing basis
  • Liaise closely with sales and customer support teams
  • Regularly share customer insights and requirements with the product team

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in people management, including building structures and the teams
  • Ideally having managed a Customer Success organization or either a Technical Sales or Project Management teams
  • Business development background and mindset
  • Good understanding of a sales process
  • Experience with dealing with customers on a high level and ability to communicate with them
  • Sound understanding of networking technologies
  • Strong verbal and written language skills in English
  • German and/or Spanish skills would be a very big plus
